Architecture
Designed for Seamless Roaming and Persistent Communications
At the core of the TransAir solution architecture from Lilee Systems are two segments, each offering superior innovation and value:
The Messaging Layer
The messaging layer (as shown in the gray circle in the diagram below) provides the link abstraction and message routing among the applications;
The Core Network Layer
The core network layer, consisting of both wired and wireless connectivity, provides physical links that enable the messaging layer components communicate with each other. The yellow circle in the diagram below shows the wireless portion of the core network layer. Lilee Systems’ TransAir PTC solution manages multiple types of wireless links and allows seamless roaming among the different wireless technologies.
The Lilee Systems’ TransAir integrated communications system provides the critical wireless network to allow seamless roaming and allow communication between the office network, wayside network and locomotive network increasing system reliability and efficiency.
