Job Description:
• Responsible for Wireless RF TCP/IP based networking device testing
• Coordinate with development teams in US and Taiwan on the testing effort during the full product development life cycle
Job Requirements:
• Experience with all formal test documentations and processes
• Experience with manual test, regression test suite and automation test
• 2+ (test Engineer) or 5+ years (Test Lead) of hands on testing experience in router, bridge, L2/L3 switch testing
• WiFi AP/Controller 802.11 WLAN testing experience is big plus
• Familiar with automation test framework, test automation
• Familiar with defect tracking, version control/CM tool: cvs, svn, bugzilla
• Strong Linux experience
• Have good in-depth knowledge in TCP/IP, 802.3, 802.1q
• Hands-on protocol testing experience such as RIP, OSPF, and etc.
• Hands-on experience in network testing equipment, protocol analyzer such as IXIA, or equivalent
• Programming skills in tcl, perl, c and/or other scripting languages
• Good communication and English documentation skills, team player with excellent problem isolation skills
